KuchingOSC is a community-driven effort for sharing knowledge, promoting the awareness and pushing the adoption among its members and the public on FOSS as well as open standards.

Kuching Open Source Community (also known as KuchingOSC) is a community-driven effort for sharing knowledge, promoting the awareness and pushing the adoption among its members and the public on free and open source software (FOSS) as well as open standards.

Our main objectives will be:

  • promoting FOSS and open standards in Malaysia, mainly Sarawak;
  • increase awareness on the availability and importance of FOSS and open standards; and
  • providing guidance, training, help and support on FOSS.
