• Any input/assisitive devices currently in use (MAB)
  
• Old unused PCs if available on site (MAB)
  
• Notebooks/PCs with open source accessibility software  (FOSS-SM)
• external speakers for each notebook + full sized keyboards (FOSS-SM)
  
• Whiteboard + markers (MAB)
• Projector (?) - FOSS=SM will look into this if none available
  
• Speakers loud/clear enough for the room (FOSS-SM if none available on site)
• Desk/tables/chairs enough for number of participants (MAB)
• Networking equipment, connectivity, power extensions etc. (FOSS-SM)
