Arabic LiveCD
This is an Arabic interface Livecd based on Slax
The Arabic LiveCD is a customization of Slax distro which is a child of Slackware. The LiveCD is an Arabic Graphical User Interface (GUI) operating system. It supports both Arabic and English languages. The aim of the project is to produce an operating system that suits the Arabic users. The operating system allows you to surv the Web, read e-mail, create spreadhseets, documents, presentations, design, play music, games and more. It gives you flexibility for business, educaion and home use.
The Arabic LiveCD is a class project. It has been implemented by Showayb A A Zahda in the Networks and System Administration class at Kulliyyah of Information & Communication (KICT) at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). The supervisor of the project was Dr. Mohiudiin Ahmed.
